Principal Engineer - Civil - 911-CTC
Employing over 200 people within their national group and across varied industry sectors this locally established engineering consultancy has an enviable reputation in the design, documentation and management of land division, road, storm water drainage and sewer projects for both private and public sector clients. As a measure of their success, and to ensure the successful delivery of ongoing projects; they are currently looking to appoint a Principal Engineer who is capable of both managing and stimulating what is already an established and successful civil engineering department.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director interested applicants will have little difficulty in clearly illustrating an impeccable track record and passion for the highest standards of client satisfaction and overall project delivery. It is anticipated that you will extensive experience in both advising and managing a broad mix of clients in significant land and sub division projects, a working knowledge in the design of roads and drainage projects is also to be expected.
In addition to the above technical competencies this position carries with it significant corporate responsibilities some of which include developing annual budgets, managing group and project specific P&L’s, assessing and capitalising on potential business opportunities, identifying and implementing employee training and development requirements and advising on future corporate strategy.
