Employing over 200 people within their national group and across varied industry sectors this locally established engineering consultancy has an enviable reputation in the design, documentation and management of land division, road, storm water drainage and sewer projects for both private and public sector clients. As a measure of their success, and to ensure the successful delivery of ongoing projects; they are currently looking to appoint a Senior Civil Project Manager who is ambitious and capable of providing technical leadership within their already established and experienced civil department.
As a senior within the group you will be responsible for the provision of land development consulting and the management and co-ordination of projects; you will be the essential link between client and consultant. With exceptional interpersonal skills you will be adept at building relationships, getting the very best from all those around you and delivering projects from initial concept through to completion. With strong negotiation skills you will be decisive, strong-minded and passionate about building your team’s reputation and delivering outstanding project outcomes.
With an impeccable track record in the successful delivery of top level land development projects you with be unequivocal when it comes to ensuring client satisfaction is achieved. As the central figure between client and consultant it is important that you represent the organization in a dignified manner and are proactive in capitalizing on future business opportunities. Working closely with the Design Manager you will provide input to ensure a sustainable and profitable business model is both initiated and implemented whilst also contributing to the ongoing training and development of the civil group.
