A key opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Civil Estimator reporting directly to the Construction Manager - Civil your key accountabilities would include:
- Prepare detailed estimates on projects ranging from $40m to $200m.
- Compliance and project delivery
- Internal and external client liaising
- Take offs, manage, negotiate and carry out the tender process
You will need to possess excellent communication and negotiating skills and will have civil experience estimating on multi-million dollar projects.
