One of the largest integrated construction and service providers in Australia require a Commercial Manager for their Civil Division. They have a diverse and supportive environment with experienced and knowledgeable team.
In order to achieve their growth targets, a key opportunity exists for a highly-skilled Commercial Manager to join their Civil Engineering team. The primary responsibility of the role is to direct and control all commercial and contractual matters relating to their civil business, as well as lead and manage effective and productive commercial project teams.
The successful applicant will have:
- Strong negotiation skills
- PPP experience
- Civil construction experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Proven commercial and contractual risk analysis skills
- Excellent business acumen
- Financial capabilities
You will be highly motivated with the ability to lead, engage and influence all levels of the business to ensure best commercial practice.
