With an enviable 27 year history this employee owned civil contractor employs 450 staff across WA, SA & NT. They have recently opened an Adelaide office and are looking to recruit the very highest caliber of staff to share in their success and help to build a solid South Australian business. They have proven capabilities and a solid track record in providing civil infrastructure services to an ever increasing client portfolio from the resources sector, subdivision developers and road construction.

Reporting directly to the General Manager SA/NT this represents a rare career opportunity to assume considerable responsibility; potentially leading to an Adelaide Office Management role. With full ownership of planning, management, co-ordination and financial control, you will follow projects through from tendering to construction and completion. With a sound business head you will be well respected and connected in SA and be confident in your ability to help build and grow this Adelaide operation from the ground up.

You will have a solid track record of delivering complex civil projects ($30-$50m) and be well versed in project management methodology within the construction industry. With a confident and outgoing demeanor you will have strong inter personal skills and relish the opportunity to build and lead a team and to develop close knit and loyal client relations.
