As a result of this continued success we are now looking to appoint a sixth consultant to join our close knit team. You will need to illustrate billings consistently in excess of $300k in permanent placements per annum. In addition you will have a shared philosophy with CTC in your recruitment approach – namely specialization and building long term relationships. Well versed in search techniques and with an established reputation and network of contacts you will be confident in your ability to bring considerable value to our employee owned company. Passionate, positive, energetic, modest and down to earth; you will have the attitude required to work within a growing business.
