A dedicated facilities manager is required to directly manage a large facility located in the cities north west.
Having come previously from a trade background you will be familiar with the overall building services and general functions to manage the facilities daily operations successfully. A firm knowledge and experience in supervising an outsourcing contracted trade force will be highly regarded.
Having come previously from a trade background you will be familiar with the overall building services and general functions to manage the facilities daily operations successfully. A firm knowledge and experience in supervising an outsourcing contracted trade force will be highly regarded.
You will be required to manage the planning and implementation for maintenance whilst developing new programs for capital works. Contract management experience is desired as is a high standard of communication coupled with outstanding written skills.
