You will ideally be from an Electronics or Software engineering background and hold a current security clearance at least to the level of ‘Secret’.  You will be involved in the modeling of complex systems in conjunction with the software and electronic warfare teams to provide an integrated, advanced and practical combat system format. To complement your technical abilities you will be fluent in all aspects of managing a team, communicating and reporting upon the projects and be efficient in the coordination of the individual phases of a project. Leadership and the ability to think outside the square to solve the problems that arise will be important as will your ability to communicate with all members of this elite group.
