Due to recent substantial project acquisitions they have need for a senior design drafter to lead and develop the design team.

The role will ideally suit a Mechanical/Electrical design drafter with extensive post-graduate experience working either within a design Consultancy or services contractor and preferably well versed in 3D design software including CAD and Revit. You will have strong credentials in the management and mentoring of design drafting personnel and be highly motivated in bringing the very best out of your staff. It is imperative that you possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with staff and clients alike, reporting to the State Manager this strategic role is important to the long term aspirations of the organisation.
