As a result of significant project wins and considerable growth in their Adelaide office, this highly respected global consultancy is looking to appoint a Principal Engineer in SA to head up their Substation Design and Project Delivery team. Reporting to the Section Manager for Power and Industry you will assume a senior management position and have a key role in building the business, managing staff and delivering an exceptional service.
With extensive experience in High Voltage and Substation design you will be a business builder with strong management, client liaison and communication skills. Focused on the preparation of proposals, design, scoping, documentation, management and quality assurance you will build exceptional client relationships and follow projects through to site. Experience in transmission, line design and protection would be beneficial. With strong work ethics and a winning “can do” attitude you will lead from the front and get the very best from your team and your colleagues. Building close knit networks and client relationships you will become an influential high level expert in your field.
