Senior Process Engineer - Mining - 490-CT
This global consultancy is consistently voted the World’s number one Design Firm. Their Adelaide office has grown strongly over the last few years and is now in a very dominant position winning significant work in the mining and defence sectors. Their Mining sector is arguably one of the fastest growing in South Australia and as a result are winning some of the most interesting, technically challenging and prestigious projects on offer. Two high level recent appointments in defence and mining are set to massively open up these sectors and as a result they are looking to compliment their already market leading team with another key appointment in their minerals processing division. With projects currently in the pre-feasibility stage you will require a sound knowledge and past experience with Engineering Procurement Construction Management (EPCM) in the base metals industry.
You will be responsible for managing projects and undertaking technical work associated with process engineering studies. It is expected that you will hold Engineering qualifications of at least a tertiary level and in addition either hold or be eligible to obtain CPEng status. You will have at least 7 years post graduate experience and be looking to establish yourself with one of South Australia’s most forward thinking organizations. Past consultancy experience will be favorable as it is expected that you will have the ability to directly liaise with clients adding real value to the project on numerous levels. Working as part of the project team trips to site will be necessary in addition to this you will have experience ion the fields of quality and health and safety setting a standard for those within your team and the organization to follow.
