I’m very satisfied with the services provided by CTC and your help. It still feels a little surreal that during August/September last year I did not now where I was going or how I was going to get there. It is great that CTC have shown me some doors I did not know existed and helped me walk through them to get to where I’ am at now.
I will certainly refer colleagues to CTC to help them find something fitting for their skills and interests.

After joining an international finance company in South Africa, Ken was quickly promoted and after his marketing successes was offered a promotion to run the Canadian operations. After continuing success, he was offered various other international postings to Europe and the USA. Having achieved a fulfilling and rewarding international finance career, Ken made a decision to return to Africa and pursue his own business interests.
An opportunity was presented to him to join a start up recruitment company. He soon realised he enjoyed the personal interaction and satisfication that came from placing motivated people with like minded businesses.
Having grown the local recruiting business into a large and successful multi faceted group, it was time to look at longer term opportunities. Ken and his wife immigrated to Melbourne in 2005.
Ken was offered a senior position to recruit executives into the banking and finance sector for an International recruiting firm. A chance offer to relocate to Adelaide was readily accepted, in order to embrace a better life style.
After a spell of running his own business, where he offered management consultancy and specialised recruitment services, Ken wanted to re-enter the executive recruitment field and was offered a position with CTC. It was clear to him that CTC had the right mix of professional recruiting ethics and strong market sector presence he was looking for. Ken is passionate about creating long term relationships and uses his recruitment experience to recruit executives into meaningful and fulfilling long term careers. Ken uses his international networks to source and identify overseas candidates for executive roles in Australia and other international sites.
