This established privately owned Adelaide sustainability services consultancy has recently invested in the latest Hyperspectral Camera. Mounted on a Drone, this opens up world first technology and opportunities. Hyperspectral cameras have been used on fixed winged aircraft but this consultancy may well be leading the world to apply the same technology on to drones allowing for completely different and more exciting applications. They are seeking a highly driven, analytical, GIS expert capable of detailed GIS analytics and assistance with programming machine learning to develop and interpret the data for commercial applications.
With a degree and commercial GIS and programming experience, you will be competent in developing new technology. Managing highly complex data you will have sufficient commercial acumen to present the data into varying real-world applications. Ideally, with a natural resources, environmental and or agricultural background you will be passionate about the environment and sustainable agriculture.
