About the role
Reporting to the Team Leader, who provides a flexible working arrangement, once you've proven yourself, you'll work with 3 other PM's and have your own portfolio to take control of. With vacancy rates low, few break-out leases and high-tech applications to help you run a relatively smooth portfolio, you'll be able to manage this high volume as many are clustered together.

Skills and experience
Ideally at least 5 years as a property manager but potentially less, if you have gained relevant life skills. A South Australia licence in property management or equivalent is essential, together with a proven calming ability to manage customer expectations.
