Property Manager role

You'll have the choice of working in either the central, inner south/north or Hills office.  Your working week offers flexibility as you'll be operating from the cloud but you'll probably want to spend more time in the office anyway as you'll likely miss bouncing off issues as part of the team of other property managers who have a range of different experiences to help you develop your career.  You'll be managing a portfolio of 150 properties with support for 3/4 routine inspections, opens, in-goings, admin support including leases, advertising and general admin reducing your admin tasks to the bear minimum).  Your role is to build relationships with existing investors, provide advice on the rents, maintenance, put forward tenant options, negotiate lease renewals and communicate proactively.  Your role will mainly be Monday to Friday with the rare occasion when your leasing manager will be unable to attend an open on a Saturday and the open will still need to proceed.

Your skills as a Property Manager

Your experience in a similar role managing a portfolio is required for this role.
A licence in SA, or studying for.
Dedication to being the best property manager you can be!
A passion to respond to customers immediately.
An ability to talk over the phone in the first instance with a tenant or landlord and a discipline to back that up in writing.
Proactive attitude to adapt to new technologies.
