Payroll and Accounts receivable assistance

Northern suburbs company specialising in recycling and demolition is seeking an experienced payroll officer with accounts receivable and debt collecting experience to join their team in the northern suburbs.
  
Duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Weekly payroll of approximately 80 staff using MYOB
  • Debt collection
  • Accounts receivable assistance
  • Any ad-hoc administration assistance as required
The successful candidate will:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience with reconciling accounts
  • Experience working in AR
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Experience using MYOB and Microsoft office
  • Good communication skills
  • Be reliable and honest
  • Show high levels of initiative.
  • Reliable and available to work full-time hours 8.30 am – 5 pm
  • Parking available onsite
