AdministratorLeading supplier of Heating, Cooling & Solar are currently seeking an Administrator to join their busy team for their Warehouse based in Gepps Cross.
As Administrator, your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
- Data entry
- Preparing purchase orders for Suppliers and Sub-contractors
- Creating receipts of payments
- Assisting the office installation/service team
- General administrative support including answering phone calls, filing, and assisting customers
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in the Air conditioning industry is preferred but not essential.
- Proficient with MYOB
- Experience with Microsoft programs
- Multi-skill / able to handle many different tasks at one time
- Be available to work Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
