Leading supplier of Heating, Cooling & Solar are currently seeking an Administrator to join their busy team for their Warehouse based in Gepps Cross.
As Administrator, your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
  • Data entry
  • Preparing purchase orders for Suppliers and Sub-contractors
  • Invoicing
  • Creating receipts of payments
  • Assisting the office installation/service team
  • General administrative support including answering phone calls, filing, and assisting customers
  
The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience in the Air conditioning industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient with MYOB
  • Experience with Microsoft programs
  • Multi-skill / able to handle many different tasks at one time
  • Be available to work Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
