12 month contract / Based south of the CBD / Engineering Consultancy

We are currently on the lookout for a proactive Receptionist who enjoys working front of house, welcoming employees and visitors to work for a multi-disciplinary Engineering Consultancy based on the southern outskirts of the CBD

As the face of the organisation, you will be responsible for:
  • Meeting and greeting employees, clients, and visitors
  • Screening and forwarding incoming calls
  • Responding to and redirecting emails
  • General office support to the administration teams (copying/scanning)
  • Maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms
  • General office support - ensuring a clean and safe work environment. 
The successful candidate will:
  • Have a switched-on proactive nature
  • Show high levels of initiative
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • A lovely phone manner
  • Be reliable and honest
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Be available to work full-time hours
