A National Civil Contractor is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with demolition experience.

This position reports directly to the Project Manager and assists in coordinating site activities and liaising with internal labour resources, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.  The Site Supervisor ensures various tasks are carried out in line with site requirements and in compliance with all relevant legislation.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
  
  • Co-ordinate project delivery teams across the project to ensure resources are allocated in a  manner to maintain program
  • Review project site reports, designs and drawings to ensure requirements detailed are included in final construction
  • Work closely with Project Manager and Engineering team 
  • Provide positive leadership and supervision on project sites, including undertaking training activities, mentoring and motivating site personnel and subcontractors
  
Key Essentials for the role:
  
  • Minimum experience in Site Supervision – Demolition – 5 years
  • Experience in managing large demolition sites
  • Experience in demolition scheduling and sequencing
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
